ABOUT D. Paul SchaferD. Paul Schafer is Director of the World Culture Project and has worked in the cultural field for more than fifty years as an author, educator, administrator, and researcher. He has undertaken many projects for UNESCO and has taught arts administration and cultural policy at York University and the University of Toronto. Paul is also a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award as a Visionary Leader of The Visioneers International Network.
